What countries do you ship to?
I can no longer ship to the EU at all. Orders to the UK need to be above £135 due to VAT regulations.
Please also note, as depressing as this is to mention, if you are in or neighboring a country actively embroiled in war, or even just have a lot of chaos in your postal system, there may be significant delays/difficulties in receiving your packages.
Any pledges to countries other than the above will face no order minimums or additional fulfillment delays beyond the timeline that’s expected!

How do you grade pins?
“Standard” pins (formerly “B-Grade”) are any pins that don’t have visible flaws within arm’s length. Flaws may still include things such as uneven enamel, scuffed metal, dust in enamel, slightly-misaligned printing. It generally takes a very discerning eye to notice standard grade pin flaws.

Will the monster girls be available individually later?
Nope! Only as seconds, once all the standard grade ones have sold out. They will be gacha-only after this campaign!
The ONLY exception to this is when I sell in-person at conventions where gacha machines are BANNED. I will then have them on boards at the higher individual pricing, not at the pricing for spins!

What's your refund policy?
Except in the occasional extreme, case-by-case basis*, I don’t offer refunds. Make sure you submit your survey and pay for shipping! Otherwise, you won’t be able to receive your reward and the base pledge won’t be collected.
Since I can’t ship to the UK under a certain value (detailed elsewhere in FAQ) or to the EU at ALL, those pledges are refunded - but please please please don’t pledge if your order can’t be sent to you as per my policies. That inflates the funding amount and puts us both in a bad position. Thank you.

How do I get the cross-collab bonus pins?
To receive Golem and Amethyst Dragon for FREE, you must be backing at least 1 pin from each of us, and for your pledge’s payment to also go through for us both. It will then ship with combined shipping also - you won’t have to pay shipping twice.

How do I qualify for a cross-collab pin?
Back both mine and Cryptic Compendium’s campaign for a geode pet and a monster girl, and you’ll qualify for both the cross-collab pins for free!
(Backing for add-on pins that aren’t part of the current collections won’t count towards this promotion, with the exception of gorgon and tv cat)

When is survey lock date, and when are we being charged?
Initial lock date is Feb 9th 2026, and everyone will be charged Feb 13th, though you can choose to be charged sooner.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
